Attack

Strangest thing happened today. My school was haveing a pep rally and I started feeling bad. I've always hated loud noises so that was most likely the cause. My chest got tight and I was having trouble breathing. My aunt says it sounds like I was having a panik attack. Strange indeed, I've never had one before.

  • Mood: Isolated
  • Listening to: The silence all around me.
  • Reading: The keys on my computer
  • Watching: The mouse go round and round
  • Playing: With my hair

It kind of felt like my heart, but mostly my chest was tight. It scared me. I've been seeing a pyscologist lately and I've been diagnosed with aspergers syndrom. Probably speeled that wrong though.
